How do I top up?Using the options above, indicate the type of subscription you have (Voice & Data Plan or Data Only) & include your SIM ID in the text field. You can get the SIM ID from your handset by keying in *110# & pressing call.
How long will it take to activate on my subscription?Mobile data is normally allocated within 4 hours of purchase & requires no additional steps from you. If you require data urgently please call us using Live Chat or phone.
Data Quotas whilst roamingThe table below highlights the volume of data in a unit whilst roaming e.g. if you purchase 15GB whilst in the UK & then visit Canada, your quota would shrink to 9GB whilst a visit to the USA would see it increase to 16GB.
